Charles J. Marino, DC is the Practice Administrator for Advanced Health and Injury Care and a Licensed Chiropractor. As Practice Administrator, Dr. Marino directs daily operations of our offices and staff. As a chiropractor, Dr. Marino provides our patients with compassionate care and his undivided attention. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Marino serves as a Major in the New York Guard, and Chief of Physical Medicine for the 244th Medical Clinic at Camp Smith Army National Guard Base in Cortlandt Manor, New York.
Dr. Marino earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at New York Chiropractic College. He completed his Post Graduate Studies in Rehabilitation at Southern California University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Marino is a Member of the American Chiropractic Association, New York State Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association Council on Chiropractic Physiological Therapeutics and Rehabilitation, American College of Rehabilitation Science, Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, and International Society of Police Surgeons.

Dr. Sofos earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life Chiropractic College in Hayward, CA. He completed studies at New College of California in San Francisco and Chabot College in Hayward, CA.
Dr. Sofos previously owned and operated his own chiropractic practice. His past experience includes working with older adults and Hispanic communities. Dr. Sofos speaks conversational and medical Spanish.

Edward Covelli, DC is a Licensed Chiropractor with more than 20 years experience in the field. Dr. Covelli is Certified in Surface EMG and a Certified Fitness Instructor. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College.
In addition to practicing chiropractics, Dr. Covelli is a sought after workshop presenter and guest lecturer. He is a professional workshop designer and writer. He also serves as an Independent Chiropractor Examiner.
Dr. Covelli is distinguished as a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. His second language is Italian.

Louis Campbell, DC is the Clinical Director of our Pleasant Valley, NY location and a Licensed Chiropractor. Dr. Campbell applies his past experience in owning and operating a private practice, making him an ideal clinical director, while his attention to detail and his caring manner provides his patients with individualized attention to meet the unique needs of each person. Dr. Campbell also keeps up-to-date on new techniques and advancements in the field, and is very knowledgeable in the workings of a multidisciplinary practice.
Dr. Campbell earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at New York Chiropractic College, he has a certification in full body active release technique (A.R.T.), and is a member of the New York State Chiropractic Association.

Adam Colandrea, DC

Dr. Colandrea is a licensed chiropractor who offers his expertise in three of our clinics, including Pleasant Valley, Middletown, and Mahopac. His previous experience working at several health and wellness clinics, coupled with his prior hospital experience, enables Dr. Colandrea to better leverage the multi-disciplinary health care services that provide our patients with full service care. These experiences also facilitate seamless transition of directorial duties as he travels between clinics. He is dedicated to providing the utmost care in an effort to enhance the quality of life of each individual patient.
Dr. Colandrea earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Science from Keula College in Keuka Park, NY, where he won an award for Achievement in Clinical Science. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association.
As a chiropractor in the community, Dr. Colandrea has worked closely with the Salvation Army to assess, manage, and treat the elderly. He also maintains an interest in sports and offers his services pro-bono during regional races.
