Director of Physical Therapy

Matthew G. Cascioli, PT is the Director of Physical Therapy and a Certified Physical Therapist. As Director of Physical Therapy, Matthew oversees daily operations, staffing, and quality assurance. Matthew takes pride in assuring that our patients receive superior service and quality care, while leading our talented physical therapy staff.

Matthew earned a Masters of Physical Therapy Degree from Chapman University with a Major in Orthopedics and a Minor in Geriatrics. He completed an Internship at Impact Rehabilitation with a special interest in administration and prosthetics rehabilitation. He completed an Acute Care Internship at St. Jude’s Hospital with a focus on hip and knee replacement surgery rehabilitation, as well as stroke and cardiac rehab. Matthew’s focus during an internship at Northridge Hospital was the rehabilitation of people with traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, as well as aquatic therapy as a treatment method for people with spinal cord injury.

Joel N. Rosenfeld, MA, PT

Physical Therapist

Joel graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education.  He received his Masters Degree in Adaptive Physical Education form Ohio State University and His Physical Therapy Degree from The University of Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years of experience working as a physical therapist in a variety of settings and at many prestigous institutions. His vast experience, wealth of knowledge and dedication to working with patients makes him a valuable member of our team.

Mayank Jasani, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Mayank Jasani, PT is a Physical Therapist and certified physical therapy assistant. Mayank earned a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree from Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy in Karnataka, India. He completed an Internship at VS Gujarat State Hospital in Gujarat, India where he focused on evaluating and treating patients with neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, cardio-respiratory diagnoses, burns, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.

Avital M. Gombiner, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Avi received His Bachelors Degree in Health Science from SUNY Cortand and his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from SUNY Orange. He was on the Dean's List and a Member of the Phi Theta Kappa Academic Honor Society. He Also Received the L. Howe and Roberta Bernstein Scholorships for Outstanding Academic Achievments. He comes to or practice from the prestigeous Burke Rehabilitation Hospital were he worked with some of the top rehabilitation specialists. We are proud to have him is a member of our team.

Todd P. Meehan, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Todd received his degrees in General Science and Physical Therapy Assistant from Miami Dade College. His past work experience includes the Rehabilitation Department at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY working with some of the top rehabilitation and orthopedic specialists. Todd's experience and dedication to patient care make him an excellent practioner and valued member of our team.
